Felt like a pointless sequel made for no other reason than to sell tickets to fans of the originals.
The buildup in the beginning with the Matrix being a video game was extremely interesting but ended up being pushed to the side just for the sake of nostalgia bait with flashbacks and mostly empty characters to "replace" the old ones.
Really hope this wasn't setting up for more sequels.
Not the greatest thing ever made but I'll be damned if it isn't a fun watch. Some heavy undertones here also, that land very well.
Probably the best Spider-Man movie made yet.
Miles' character was done so well and used the other Spiders as genuine vehicles of character development.
Also let me say this was probably the most beautiful animated film I've ever seen.
So much love went into this film and it shows.
