I can’t even count how many time I slept trying to watch this movie. However, once you are hooked, you can’t escape it.
The whole photography is just sublime. The chaos of war is, ironically, beautifully captured.

Souleymane's Story 2024
The acting is amazing. It can’t be more realistic than this ! They depicted very well how every situation predisposes people to be either mean or kind to each other, beyond race class and gender. In other terms, the interaction prevails on capitals. The interview scene is also great. It illustrates how bureaucracy makes us play some roles even though we don’t believe in them, which was the case for both Souleymane and the interviewer.
