  Makes you think about how cooking is historically an essential part of being human, how different tribes cook and how it shapes their entire life.
  The documentary also approaches the sociological transformation of food and cooking. The message motivated me to spend a little bit more time in the kitchen- to connect with my local culture again and do myself a favour in terms of overall health.
  The visuals are also -not surprisingly- appetizing.
