To create and express our unique experience no matter what the world has planned for us. As we see in the lyrics of The Impossible Dream "and the world will be better for this, that one man scorned and covered with scars, still strove with his last ounce of courage, to reach the unreachable star". Oh and it also highlights how vital it is to be gay with your friends
