I enjoyed this movie. I wasn’t expecting much from Ariana, but she embodied Glenda with ease. Very happily surprised as I feared she might drag it down. Both leads did a great job, and stayed on par with each other throughout. Wished I had checked the run time beforehand (and NOT accidentally bought 3D tix 😖), but I enjoyed myself. A fun time!

A Quiet Place: Day One 2024
I loved this one. Not sure if more than the first or not, but definitely FAR more than the second (it may as well not exist as far as I’m concerned lol). I loved how dark it was and the ending was SO satisfying to me I think I immediately was saying something like “Oh, that was DARK. HELL YEAH!!”
Loved the lead and she gave a wonderful performance and really took you along for the ride. Really loved the scene where they touchdown as it really put you there. One of my favorites this year!

Oooooof.So much more “grisly” (as they put it) than the first one. The production value did NOT go down, and they legit stepped up their game for this second installment. So impactful; I highly recommend. The lead was a powerhouse, I enjoyed watching her the whole film!
I WILL say that the ending left me hanging, though.
