Normally I grade by gut reaction, but I literally got nothing...grade subject to a second viewing

Fuck the idea of a directors cut...you give me the unrated two hour bloodbath edition and it's in my top five of the year...

    Tribeca Film #2
See for Me offers a different perspective to the home invasion thriller subgenre, with a closed-quarters feel that you can only get from a film with a small cast set mainly on a single location. Director Randall Okita has a keen eye for how to build tension, and Skyler Davenports lead performance as the blind cat-sitter Sophie was stellar. A great way to start the festival!

    Sundance Film 16
Cooper Raiff is showing us in just his second film why he's one of the best young filmmakers going today. A film that makes you want to believe in love and solemates but reminds us that relationships are messy no matter what the age. Dakota Johnson and newcomer Vanessa Burghardt are great as the mother/daughter duo
