The MLQ team have just completed the John Ford classic Western, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance.
What can we say? A great story, with riveting performances by several actors, to name but a few, John Wayne, James Stewart, Lee Marvin, Vera Miles, Edmond O'Brien, Andy Devine and Woody Strode.
The portrayal of mild-mannered lawyer, Ransom 'Rance' Stoddard, by James Stewart and the smouldering portrayal of local rancher, Tom Doniphon, by John Wayne, are up there with their best performances.…Translated from by -
Interstellar 2014
Watched Interstellar. Breathtaking. A visual masterpiece. One of those movies where you dare not take your eyes from the screen. There are some parts which are pretty deep, but what the hell, this is a science-fiction movie. A great deal of the acting is off the scale and hats off to Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway and Mackenzie Foy in particular. The cinematography is out of this world, (excuse the pun) and mesmerising to watch. Once again we must doff our cap to the brilliance of Christopher Nolan and the whole team that brought this cinematic masterpiece to the silver screen. A must see. 5 stars.
