A sad adventure watching a young father attempt to beg, borrow and work to make a payment to a loan shark.
Best part was seeing who was on the other side of the door and maybe what was going on inside each apartment.
Love a slow build for horror and limited jump scares can still be effective

What a great idea - what would a small community do if they discovered a child that makes them immortal? Create a religion - a real justified religion. I’m surprised there weren’t shrines and offerings to her.
Not sure why they didn’t want to teach her about the outside world…I guess too much curiosity would make her want to go see stuff and then once she starts healing folks in general who knows what would happen.
Loved the end.
I…
Loved the black and white. So many jokes - I loved when Jean Kayak imagines math equations just to fart on a bunch of 🦫. The silly death and dissection of corpses stayed consistent. This might be ok for kids…other than the pole dance.
The progression of Jean Kayak’s trapping expertise was fun to watch…even when he fails it leads to interesting set pieces.
I enjoyed the looney tunes nature of the slapstick and the cartoony action…I didn’t know this…
