watched at the cleveland cinematheque introduced BY ALEXANDER PAYNE with a live q&a with him right after!! it really doesn't get any cooler than that... seriously. this was a packed crowd and one of the most *alive* audiences I've been apart of in a long time. this viewing really felt like a communal experience, just like how a theater should feel at its best. all-around phenomenal experience.

Alexander Payne is a really down-to-earth guy!

now the movie itself... A+ showcase…

This put up LeBron 2018 playoffs type numbers. Oh my god wow - this is real, it’ll make you feel things, and probably make you hurt, too - but it’ll certainly make you feel a lot. You’ll become so invested in these damn real characters because you know you can see yourself in them, too.

Respect. Truly inventive and super original - an awesome time in imax.

-rob pat is truly one of the best working actors today. Oh my god wow.
-the vfx work was stunning. You forget that it’s rob pat acting next to himself, acting with himself. The whole thing is just so seamless.
    -really fun script.

    I’m exhausted work is draining

I’m struggling with what to say. Truly, wow.

The subject matter really interested me + the moral questions, and the effect that embarking on a project the scope of the manhattan project takes on the psyche were incredible elements to explore.

Take into account one of the most engrossing stories I’ve seen in goddamn long time, with one of the best theatrical experiences (GO SEE ON THE BIGGEST SCREEN POSSIBLE) contributed to an overall experience that is hard to describe.…
