I can’t imagine thinking that 'Nosferatu' could be 'spoiled.'
That's not only because it adapts a 102 year-old silent film (or because that film was a copyright-dodging adaptation of Bram Stoker’s 1897 'Dracula' novel, since-then copied so many times you can’t make it to adulthood without familiarity toward its iconography).
