  Meaningless, shallow references are positively packed in this movie to the point of detracting from the overall experience. It is astounding how much effort was put into the part of the film that ultimately amounts to nothing or ends up being a pointless macguffin. The blur of references (especially apparent in the big dumb dim battle) somewhat resembles Member Berries compilation on double the speed. Although with no satire, meaning, or substantial value really.
