  *I’m realizing that my sympathy for Mikey is born out of this notion that his lot in life is what has made him this way. However… by aligning the story with the 2016 presidential campaign, Mr. Baker seems to be proposing that the only difference between this man and Donald is that Donald has money. Perhaps I should be more grateful that Mikey’s influence and damage are limited by his circumstance.
