A great adaptation from the origin story of Michael Myers. I always appreciate a fresh take that isn’t stale or dull on previous horror movie figures, and this movie did not disappoint playing into the Myers trope.
Amazing horror aesthetics with jaw clenching gore, juxtaposed with thrilling practical effects. Myers fans will likely be satisfied, and even if not a MM fan, it is a captivating horror film that will not disappoint audiences of the genre.
