Lots of influences present, setting felt similar to The Lobster and camerawork to Poor Things. It had the vibe plus monster influence from Enemy. So there was a lot going on and there’s clearly a lot of passion. It didn’t feel cohesive enough and when it ended it felt a bit sudden but I am glad it wasn’t drawn out. Score was pretty cool. The villa worked great as a setting and I thought the extras did a ton to emphasize the theme of lonely men, all those guys looked sad as fuck. Lots of potential with this!
