The Killing of a Sacred Deer 2017
This movie is freaking wild! At certain points, I wasn’t sure if I was watching a David Lynch film. The dialogue is very unique, almost like the lines are being read instead of acted, but it almost gave you a sense of things to come. Cinematography is great as well, with many wide angle shots, that at the same time make you feel trapped. Apparently this movie really took off Barry Keoghan. The man is deranged, but he’s talented as heck! Very much an indie film!

Dumb Money 2023
A cool tale about a cool moment in time, and pretty educational at times. I’ll pretty much watch anything Paul Dano is in, as he is probably my favorite current actor. I think he delivers in this role. Good ensemble cast, including Pete Davidson as yet another stoner which he slays every time. Made me hate the fact I ever gave any money to Robinhood.
