This film overstayed it's welcome.

An incredible cast, but left plenty to be desired.
I had mixed feelings going into and leaving this film. I had an idea that it wouldn't be the best based on the all-star cast with ZERO marketing and hype.
The premise overall was pretty limited. Somewhat of a mix between a mob movie but mostly a family dramedy. There was even a twist reveal at one point that was completely pointless to the overall plot.

If John Wick was a discord mod. Jack Quaid reprises his usual role in this fast paced popcorn flick.
This was fun! A good experience to watch in packer theater with audible laughs and groans throughout. Definitely one of those films that if you saw the trailer you saw basically the entire movie, minus one major plot point. The American dream turned nightmare in this Faustian epic.
The best word to describe the experience for me is immense. The film is shot so beautifully, I wish I could have seen the 70mm. The opening scene is masterfully done and really sets the tone for the whole film.
