Grave of the Fireflies 1988
never watching this movie again not because it's bad but because you'd never forget movies that gave you excessive feelings the whole time. so tragic and hopeless. in the larger view of things, real kids who experienced war, similar to what Seita and Sesuko had to go through, would seem insignificant. this movie reminds us that to some people, being together in the midst of chaos and death is the most important thing.
