This is probably the epitome of film bro movies. Men fighting each other, explosives, plot twists, guns, sexism, fat phobia, you name it. If anything should be said for this movie, the cinematography is not bad despite the out of date graphics. Edward Norton and Brad Pitt work off of each other surprisingly really well. Helena Bonham Carter is a great addition to the cast.

It’s pretty dumb honestly. I stopped paying attention for the last third of the movie. It is a classic rom-com and checks all of those boxes. It is just above Hallmark quality. I feel like it’s biggest flaw was not really establishing the characters. This movie was nice background ambiance for St. Patrick’s Day though. Crappy Irish movies should be a yearly tradition. ☘️

A very fun ride! I love that it played into a bit of the campiness of the first one. It was definitely predictable at times but plenty of memorable moments and lines. Daisy Edgar-Jones absolutely served major Helen Hunt vibes and the rag tag crew brought me back to the fun of the original.

I have never really understood ballet but this movie beautifully portrayed the story and emotion behind the dance. I love the story within a story element. There is so much to unpack here. I will need someone to break this down for me. Each story thread was dynamic and intricate. I feel like my ranking would go up after a second viewing but I also don’t know if I can handle this movie again. Horrifying and intense.
