The special effects may be cheap, the dialogue is cheesy, and the concept is ridiculous, but nothing can stop me from saying "fuck yeah Gamera!" when the monster fighting starts.

Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13! 1992
Definitely one of the lease memorable Dragon Ball Z movies, with almost no plot to speak of, villains with zero character and personality, and superfluous perving by Roshi, Oolong, and even Kuririn.
But it does have one of the more amusing choices of dubs, between the redneck Android 13 and the final "not till the fish jumps" line. Also, Goku getting punched in the dick is legendary.
