Marvel Studios is really struggling with their films and TV shows after Avengers Endgame. They've become very hit or miss. Sure, they can put out great films like "Spider-Man: No Way Home" or "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" or "Deadpool & Wolverine," but then they put out total clunkers such as "Thor: Love and Thunder," "The Marvels," and "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania." That type of inconsistency is pretty dangerous for a valuable IP.

It’s a bit ahead of its time in some ways, yet also stuck within its time in other ways. The exploration of hot button issues such as racism, juvenile delinquency, teaching, and youth in America is commendable. The rock and roll soundtrack is great.
