This piece of cinema had me on the back of my seat! The man has so much swagger, so much nonchalance! The dog has so much zeal for life! I'm very intrigued by the man's sitting position, what prompted him to sit in that position? What does the little dog want from him? I've been sucked into this world of theirs, a simple world, a brighter world. I hope they come out with a sequel sometime soon. I want more of this universe!

I very much enjoyed this cinematic masterpiece. I appreciated the slow burn that it was. At all times I worried for the kitten being tossed hither and thither. I worried that these little french girls would make a mistake and send the poor feline to the floor. Luckily, I'm sure it would have landed on its feet!!

I very much enjoyed this one. It was cool. I enjoyed how they did not force feed you the story and expected you to know some things about the source material. I thought Ralph Fiennes did an excellent job and anything in this movie that feels like it falls short is due to the irreplicability of Homer's masterpiece.
