Joker: Folie à Deux 2024
I think the critics are being unfair to this movie. While sometimes the musical parts were a little awkward, i think Todd Philips pushed the boundaries and tried something new, and he is getting bashed for it. I really enjoyed this movie and thought the acting was superb. Shame on the critics for crapping on a director/writer who is doing something new and bold.

This movie is absolutely terrible and does zero justice to the original movie. Winona Ryder’s acting is horrible and she is pretty much in a constant state of surprise or shock thru the whole movie. There are multiple stupid plot lines. Tim Burton should be able to do better. Dont waste your time on this, watch the original again instead.

This movie was mid. I give it a B-. The Italian accents by the American actors drove me crazy, and the story was disjointed. I checked the time twice during the movie which is not a good sign. The bright spot is Penelope Cruz’s performance and the costumes and set pieces.
