Deadpool 2 continues the same logic of the first one: most of the creative power rests on the jokes, with the narrative being borderline over simplistic. Of course, it was never meant to be anything more than a really long series of jokes with a thread of story behind it; so, it serves its purpose. Don't think it is worth going to see it in a theatre, but it might be a very funny movie to see with friends at a party.

Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday 1993
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I like the concept of body swapping, keeps the franchise kind of, very kind of fresh. Of course it keeps the weird narrative choices (why does the doctor eat the heart in teh first place?), bad acting and such things, but how could it be a slasher without it? Didn't understand why they chose to end the movie with a teaser for Jason vs. Freddy if Jason X came out first.

Ex Machina 2015
Ex Machina brings us back to the sci-fi film that doesn't need that much special effects to be really good and thought-provoking. It again poses the question of what it means to be human, and why is a machine who behaves just like a human any different than us. It also has spectacular tension and suspence moments that make the spectator hold tight to the chair while watching. Really good, go and see it.
