Close-Up 1990
When a documental reality meets a fictional, manipulated representation of it, for new truths to be born in the middle. Rather than the script itself, I'm amazed by the director's work on it. À propos de Nice 1930
It's crazy how a bunch of speechless frames, only using an image and montage, can form a criticism of the society, expose the inconvenient truth about caste differences, show the pain and the joy of this existence, and then still using only speechless frame it starts to turn into an eternal wisdom of the life, expectation of death, and many other ideas formed in between of those frames. I've watched 30 minutes of life's pieces, but got an endless mindflow of the author.
