  I particularly loved the stylized animation in this movie and the concept. The short-lasting atypical love story in this movie is really touching and it drives the plot forward and causes the protagonists character to change by the end of the movie. The director makes audience feel empathy for the boy showing his distress after his parents death. The themes of being cut off and loss are really prevalent throughout the movie and the hand being cut off metaphorically displays that theme as it also makes an attempt to get back with whom it should be and fails

  IIt was really far from being in one of david fincher's best films, but I wouldnt go so far to call it a bad movie. It lacked the plot twists, smooth plotline and intense dialogues compared to a classic Fincher thriller. Neither was the colour grading really made in line to depict characters and themes like his other movies (Seven, Fight Club) and it's just according to the country or location the protagonist is in.

  It was a very unique and different kind of film with a different style of cinematography and dialogue writing which gave it more of an indie film vibe. The idea of getting together celebrities playing themselves and making small talk was quite interesting to watch and original. This presented a sort of minimalism(less cuts and editing gimmicks, simple shots and editing) and simplicity in the movie as the scenes were very simply shot and naturally acted out making the conversations…
