It is rare to witness somebody be as committed to a cause that is so lost and lacking a foundation (true to the Romanian New Wave). While it is hard not to pity Ginghina, Infinite Football is a
story of hope and perseverance. Ginghina has found solitude in his pursuit of the impossible, a philosophical undertaking that breaches immortality. He has released himself of all judgement and doubt, a true servant of one’s soul and purpose in life.

my heart. an unbelievably uplifting and moving film. the vulnerability of the characters was so real and palpable—Divine Eyes transcends. my one gripe is, why not show the play??

levity is essential when choosing to live an expressive life, embracing the ups and downs of life is hard. it asks some interesting questions about what it means to be “free” as well.

(why is this film operating in the shadows?!)

part one had me thinking this was going to be a great american classic. inspiring, bold, and the philosophy behind the architecture paired nicely with the immigrant story. part two was a bit messy though, and the ending was disappointing. Corbet took on a lot, maybe too much……was HE Laszlo?

**thought Laszlo was a real guy, was excited to check his stuff out in PA/CT! bit a of a letdown when figuring out this was in fact, fiction. prob a me problem tho
