  slow +  meditative + intricate, a man on the brink of existence, sound of falling rocks under his car, a vessel for him to hide behind, on his way to death. beautiful imagery of the most desolate broken landscapes help emphasize the intent of the film - is the taste of cherries enough to get someone to want to stay alive on this earth? or the orange sun burning out behind a mountaintop? or the moon radiating cosmic light behind wisps of gray clouds? or maybe not.

  david lynch’s digital vomit projected over the pathos of “sunset boulevard” in perhaps one of the ugliest most surreal films i’ve ever seen. i had no idea what was going on. very funny and very unnerving. i really liked it.
