  I haven’t enjoyed one of his movies as much as I did this one in a long time. I feel like this is a peak watch this with your parents type movie. Her using her followers to track the location of the hostage instantly was actually so dope, it should feel absurd but I kinda just love her for it.

  Somehow managed to not only be more sexist than the first film, and genuinely one of the most imperialist propaganda pieces of media I have ever seen. Nothing means anything, I can tell this was written by a gen x dude, the constant disillusionment with everything is exhausting. Literally 2 hours where no one is allowed to have fun, nothing good lasts, and all people suck.

  I want to like this so bad. Don’t get me wrong I was laughing so hard during certain parts, but overall this left me disliking John more than when I started the special. His experience with drugs is presented as a relatable one because of severe drug problems in America, but he keeps this tone of addiction relatability even when describing spending 12,000 to pull out 6,000 in cash to buy cocaine. I was trying to ignore these feelings, but…
