My god, this is a tremendous film. Simmering and bubbling, with a steam shaking the lid kind of tension.

Watched this a couple of months ago, very late and very tired. Then made the mistake of rating it 3 1/2 stars. I take it back.
This film is pure and utter nightmare fuel for any parent, and it’s a masterclass in how to build horror that relentlessly gains on you beat by beat. It’s coming and you know it’s coming and you can’t sit still, but then it ends and you can’t move. Honestly, whoa.
