  I loved all the segments where the animation style changed. Especially Karen’s number towards the beginning. The music was good too.

  The dialogue is often annoying with characters saying silly things or being really blunt and unnatural.

  There is way too much southern pride cheese slathered all over the story. It feels very capital A American in a way that makes it feel alienating and un-relatable.

  I’m gonna be honest I was expecting it to be worse but overall it was fun and doesn’t ride too hard on it being a sequel.

  The dialogue is entirely cheesy but sometimes it is an absolute banger. Hearing “THE WIND SCREAMS LIKE TEN THOUSAND FIENDS!” slathered in echo effects struck me to the core, I thought it was funny but also cool as hell. Almost worth watching for that alone.

  I really enjoyed seeing the scenes that inspired shots in later movies, many that went on to become much more famous, like the swing across the chasm that appeared in Star Wars, and the skeleton…
