Poor Things 2023
Honestly, I found Poor Things to be very boring. I might try to give it another watch because I'm sure I missed something. I found the story to be very dull and boring, and overrun with constant sex (which in itself felt very problematic because no one felt the need to acknowledge that they were all sleeping with someone that has the mentality of a child)

I recently watched this movie for the first time. I watched it base solely on the fact that it's considered a modern horror classic. This movie was absolute garbage. I can respect the fact that it was made on a tiny budget, but that's no excuse for it being as bad as it was. Paranormal Activity had a small budget and was able to execute a great movie. Abigail was better than I thought it would be. The cast does a great job at making this a comedy/horror without leaning so far towards comedy that it turns into a spoof or something. Katherine Newton specifically stood out in her role, which I feel she typically does (like in Ant-Man and Freaky).
