  Heretic posed some very interesting questions, not all answered, which I enjoyed. Definitely kept me engaged in the cat and mouse battle of brains and faith. I liked the final girl twist, I was surprised and impressed. Solid film that I’ll be thinking about for awhile

  I’d forgotten how increasingly eerie these movies become I mean, the beginning of this film??? CHILLS. Lord Beckett? MASTERFULLY EVIL. He literally is hanging a small child for Christ sake, but has not a care in the world, he’s literally just ~vibing~ Also the visuals from the final battle scene are STUNNING. I adore the swirling chaos and Elizabeth and Will getting married while they sword fight evil fish people is ICONIC. My favorite scene by far though, is Lord Beckett descending the staircase as his ship is blown to SMITHEREENS. TOP NOTCH cinematography.
