What was the point of making this? Not an awful movie, but certainly a waste of time. Just one of those remakes that has no merit over the original whatsoever. On the bright side, I now know that I am as good an actor as Gal Gadot.

Beautiful Boy 2018
I can’t lie and say that everything in this movie worked for me, but what did work, worked very well. This wasn’t a pleasant watch in the slightest, but addiction in any form isn’t either. Carell and Chalamet’s performances absolutely broke my heart and truly sold me on the story. This is not something I will likely rewatch, but I am glad I watched it.
