Lily once again proved how versatile she is with her acting. Looking forward for her works in future. One thing to take note in watching this kind of history-related movie, we make sure that none of the actors have iPhone face and she (and the make up team) nailed that.

Beau Is Afraid 2023
I would say I have always liked Ari Aster's work so this one counts, too, despite whatever served throughout the movie. It was ironically laughable to know the more the story unfolds, the more it gets confusing. And as the anti-climax came to surface.. it was mainly about one sided's, piled up, grudgesome thoughts and frustations combined. Again, with Ari Aster's way.
And kudos to Joaquin Phoenix.
