Probably my favourite depiction of the story of Les Miserables
The pacing is great and really draws out alot of the details that were shown in the book without the useless explainations of the Paris sewer system. It doesn't glamorise on of the situations with songs to try and normalise the events. It's gritty, it's stomach wrenching, it's brutal, Its honest. Love it!!Translated from by -

Mickey's the lucky one because I wanted to die 17 times watching this boring, preachy, painfully political garbage.
