  Cool film, enjoyed the cinematography - in particular the shots of the desolate American west. 

  I know this one came before them both but this is very much of a similar ilk to Wild at Heart (1990) and Natural Born Killers (1994) in terms of the whole outlaw romance thing and I think I prefer both of those to this one.

  This isn’t an easy watch at all, but I thought it was pretty good. This movie explores drug addiction and, in Harry’s mother’s case, eating disorders too.  This movie feels like a surreal dream set in a fractured reality, somewhere between Donnie Darko & Mulholland Drive.
