This a biopic about robbie williams. Apparently one of the most famous british pop stars of all time. I HAVE LITERALLY NEVER HEARD OF THE MAN OR ANY OF HIS SONGS. Overall decent movie, i dont get all the hype. I imagine the movie would have been way better if i had ever heard of the guy. Also major bummer they never explained why hes a cgi monkey the whole movie, I had to google (the explanation is pretty meh)

Mufasa: The Lion King 2024
Fine film. Enjoyed the music, enjoyed the beginning, and enjoyed the end. The entire middle section is pretty much useless. My main issue with the movie is the message. Childrens movies are supposed to deliver a message. This movie has like 7-8 different messages its trying to convey and it gives half-assed effort to all of them and no one message seems to land

This show deserves 4 stars simply on the fact that the main actor is the real life victim of this true story. As a therapist I am wildly impressed by his openness here. Such an interesting person to psychoanalyze. Makes a story where there is a clear villian but he also blames himself a ton for his troubles. He is both victim blaming himself whilst also having some accountability. GO WATCH THE PIERS MORGAN INTERVIEW WITH THR REAL LIFE WOMAN AFTER!!!!!!!

You know how there’s those movies that you shouldn’t like and that shouldn’t be as good or as enjoyable as they are…this is one of them. ITS A FUCKIN MOVIE ABOUT BIRD WATCHING. AND ITS FANTASTIC.
