  If they can't even acknowledge that Michael Myers is probably driven by supernatural forces anymore, how can they deal with demonic possession? If it continues with the trajectory of Gordon Green's Halloween content it's just going to be about a bad kid that takes Ipecac serum to throw up on people and tried to get them to vote Democrat.

  Jason Blum's remakes remind me a lot of Cleanflix. They follow the basic form of the original, but he makes them less scary and replaces the liberal politics with values more closesly aligned with the MAGA perspective.
