I saw this for the second time and my mind was blown for how beautiful this movie was. And Then We Danced made a huge impact on me (that I don’t remember happening when I first saw it) not only because of the raw and honest story full of different emotions but also of the way it was filmed, edited and all and all put together. Such an amazing film that perfectly captures the nature of dancing with long camera runs, small and well thought details and the rhythm of the scenes that come alive with the music.

Too grey film for me but bonus points from the soundtrack, lady gaga (the only real reason I watched the film), murder, evil and wicked rich people who are also quite pathetic and yet complex and paola’s actor who will forever and always be the french milf from killing eve for me.
