  I generally liked this movie and loved the spiritual side of the story. Therefore its a shame that its not well written. I didn’t like the character of the protagonist Ian: flat and unsympathetic. Sofi is obviously written by a man and very manic pixie dream girl coded.
  Also, dont get me started on the elevator scene. Wtf was that? I thought I was watching a romantic movie but this was a full on horror scene? I am traumatized.
