Watched this movie like 3 times, and it broke my heart with every watch. Beautiful stop motion animation, amazing narrative, stunning visuals. In February of 2023, the Museum of Modern Art in NYC had an exhibit for this film which contained a lot of the props and stuff used on set and it blew me away seeing everything in person.
I'll always be thinking about this film, not gonna lie.
