Fuck me, what a brutal movie that elicits such a visceral reaction to all the violence.

This movie is about corruption, not only of a society but also of ideal. It's narrated by Capt Nascimento but he's already surrendered his soul to the action. It's really about Mattias, who we see have to make a choice, even if he never knew he had to make one. The journey is arduous, and it creates a monster fighting on the "right" side of the law.

Those bagging scenes are gonna haunt me man.

Fun movie that keeps you watching despite its trope story, thanks to some tight writing and engaging performances.

Crazy that Zac Efron is about the same age now as Matthew Perry was when this was released.

Rip Matthew Perry and Michelle Trachtenberg.

Plot ini mengisahkan 4 orang yang merupakan perompak kecil-kecilan, tetapi apabila satu…

A self-contained story that reminds me of the future Florida Project many more years into the future. A 13-year old lives life as the child of a motel proprietor, everyday quiet and mundane until the arrival of a guest in room 15 played brilliantly by Sung Kang. A gripping watch that's a mix of drama and coming-of-age comedy. A little rough around the edges but it's guerilla indie filmmaking at its zenith. Lovely watch, and particularly so if you've ever felt like an outcast.
