This movie was fucking horrifying!! A combination of cult horror meets serial killer suspense thriller, finding a unique way to build towards it’s demonstration of satanic cults. The actors delivered in places the plot underperformed, it left everything to be desired except being scared to look out your window at night all over again. I will never watch this film again!

The movie is literally just barely subpar. Sydney Sweeney still needs to practice her range as an actress and it’s clear they’re selling the kinky, babydoll girl aesthetic turned nun in this movie. As if being pregnant wasn’t horrifying enough the jabs at patriarchic roles within catholicism and hints towards feminist ideals make the film even more cheesy. It had alot of promise but was very poorly written! Imagine midsommar but without the detailed and developed plot!
