i feel like there will always be a flea inside me that hates kids who get involved where theyre not wanted. theres smth so raw and selfish about this kid that the anguish of her fathers apathy ends up becoming almost irrelevant while julia my dear beautiful julia is just a complex character dealing with not only being a black lesbian but also seeing ghosts. insane.
