If we cut an hour from the movie, it would be a 5-star experience. At some point, I felt like I was the one being held hostage! That said, it’s still a great picture with a clear and smart depiction of an entitled brat. I just wish we got to know Ani better. What’s her motive? Why does she love this guy so much? We never really get those answers.
One thing I loved was how realistically the film portrayed the treatment of sex workers—it felt authentic and unfiltered. Overall, it’s a good watch that I genuinely enjoyed.Translated from by

the number of positive reviews for this rubbish, sexist excuse of a movie is astonishing—what has letterboxd become? the entire plot suggests that her greed in leaving her boyfriend leads to his death, and the fact that she didn’t open the door for him when he intruded into her apartment is supposedly what killed him, as if she could have somehow saved him (how, exactly?). sure, "AI bad," but apparently, women are even worse, right?
