Incredibly interesting way to dramatize this book turned film, honestly a very effective follow through.
Shame the core of this film is just three British dudes being British
I fucking love you Mad Max Aquaman🐟
The Deacon of 'Deez is an all time villain and this whole thing a blast
The South Korean countryside depicted as a deranged lawless frontier.
This movie manages to be hilarious while blugeoning you with the stakes of its serious subject matter at any moment. A revenge story that doesn't bog down in scolding conversations or vague concepts of justice but instead focuses on the material cost of payback.
Also gotta be the hottest protagonist of a revenge rampage movie ever so huge bonus points
