I love this movie because even tho his world wasn't real, his experiences were. His sadness, his happiness, WERE REAL. This movie reminds me of the Plato's cave allegory because truman could have just stay in that life where everything was given to him, his life was really easy, he had a beautiful wife, but he chose to go to the "real world", he didn't know how it would be, but he wanted to experience the real thing.
