The one take episodes made this a very intense watch. I think I liked it? A bit messed up though. I was convinced he didn’t do it in the beginning… Quite scary.
Probably not smart enough to understand the underlying meanings but episode 3!? Magic!

I’ll be honest, I only watched this because I want to watch the second one. And I only want to watch the second one because I want to see Paul Mescal in it.
But... I don’t think this movie is it for me. I really don’t understand the hype around it. In principle it’s okay but it’s just gross and perverted. It’s also, dare I say, kind of boring. I don’t think just because there are good fight scenes that that alone makes it a good plot. Not sure if I’ll put myself through the second one…

I don’t think I have the analytical skills to really understand what this movie was trying to tell me and why it was the way it was. I am generally a very simplistic film person so this was quite intense.

Also, this is the FIRST time I realised there was an end credit scene, and I’ve watched this movie at least ten times🥲
