So wholesome to see kids still playing with plushies and recording their role plays. I’m not gonna give this 5 stars just because I still think Lil Petey has ALOT of room to improve in the technical department. Still loved this though kid.

This film could have been so great if it just didn’t juggle so many different things at once. While still quite a good film, Jojo Rabbit struggles from the amount of ideas it trying to carry on its back. It can’t tell if it wants to be a relationship drama between a rebellious mother and her authoritarian son, a coming of age romance about a young boy and the Jewish girl in his house during the holocaust, or an anti-war tragedy.…

Fight Club 1999
I don’t care if the this is the hottest take on my profile I’m just gonna say it. I love dark films, but there’s an art to it. Fight Club tries to do that art, but completely falls flat on its head making for an absolutely miserable watching experience. By the end it feels like there was no point to all the gloominess and you just wasted 2 hours of your life.

I am truly heartbroken to learn that my favorite filmmaker, David Lynch, has passed away today. Such an influential and amazing filmmaker taken away from us.
