The coke-addicted DEA of NYC somehow gets over 200 cops ("EVERYONE!") to shoot at Jean Reno, 12 year old Natalie Portman, and their beloved plant with bazookas and assault rifles. Very weird and surprised it has such a high imdb rating. Some really nice shots though
